You believe an item has to be stocked out and will not perform well in the future, but your colleagues say the opposite? That's a dilemma everybody faces. Thankfully, this decision-making analysis will provide you with a ranked list of items from the most performing (and least probable to stock out) to the least performing (most probable to stock out) based on their stock arrival date and their probability to reach a specific sell-through rate in a defined timeline.

Analysis should be performed at the middle of the product lifecycle to ensure minimim sales history. It can either be an automated analysis sent periodically through mail or a regular process pushed to your favorite supply chain ERP/demand planning tool
